Shipping

We offer the following shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, and Panalpina.

Shipping occurs during normal business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. Orders with a PO Box shipping address will be shipped through USPS.

Delivery Times

The time it takes to receive your order will depend on your location, the item(s) ordered, and the shipping speed you selected. All shipments take place in two stages:

Processing:

Processing and packing times are estimated to be 24-48 business hours. This excludes orders placed on the weekend.

Transit:

• Standard: 2-6 business days.

• Express: 3-4 business days.

• Overnight: 1-3 business days.

Canceling Orders

Our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact Customer Service.
